I have facilitated about 800 training groups, mostly for Residential Support Organisations working with people with learning difficulties or people with mental health issues. I have covered a broad range of subjects, but tend now to restrict this work to troubleshooting: working with a staff team in a training setting, focusing in a intense client-centred way that explores that clients story, and the dynamic relationship between the members of staff and the client in order to understand how the current difficulties with the client might be both expressive of psychological history and being re-enacted in the staff-client relationship. It is usual that I would give a fairly detailed written feedback following any group.
I charge £500 a day plus expenses, and will come to you.
